What we collect, and why

We don't ask for dates of birth, Aadhaar numbers or photos on this website.
Children's information
We collect a child's details only when a parent or guardian agrees, by ticking the box on the form. We never use children's information for advertising, and we don't track or profile children.
Where it's kept
In a private Google Sheet in the Google account of STC's Director, and in the STC email inboxes that receive each form. Only the Director and the STC staff who need to contact you can open them. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are deleted after 12 months, unless your child joins STC. Job applications are deleted after 12 months, unless you join STC.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, and we'll stop using your details. Contact us and we'll reply. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Photos
Photos of students appear on this website only with their parents' consent, given on the admission form. To ask us to remove a photo, WhatsApp +91 63643 97342.
Website visits
This website doesn't count or track visits, and it uses no cookies.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
