How we keep you informed

Every month, you'll see your child's test marks and where they need more practice.

Meet your child's teachers to talk about progress and plans for the next exams.

Tests, holidays and batch changes are shared here, so nothing is missed.

Monday to Friday, 3:30 to 4:30 pm, by appointment. WhatsApp us to book a time.

No student is ever hit or humiliated.
Every concern you raise gets an answer within 2 working days.
Children are dropped off and picked up at the gate, with no vehicles on the premises.

How will I know how my child is doing?

You'll get a monthly progress report and invitations to parent-teacher meetings. Tests and notices are shared on the parents' WhatsApp group.

Can I meet my child's teacher?

Yes. Monday to Friday, 3:30 to 4:30 pm, by appointment. WhatsApp us to book a time.

How do you handle discipline?

STC has a strict no-punishment policy: no student is ever hit or humiliated. If you have a concern, you'll get an answer within 2 working days.

Where do I drop off my child?

At the gate. Vehicles aren't allowed on the premises.
